Pencil Maker’s Five Important Lessons

A Pencil maker taught the pencils five important lessons:

  1. Everything you do will always leave a mark.
  2. You can always correct the mistakes you make.
  3. What is important is what is inside you.
  4. In life you will undergo painful sharpenings which will make you a better pencil.
  5. To be the best pencil you can be, you must allow yourself to be held and guided by the Hand that holds you.

The pencil is you and the hand is that of your Lord.

Have you ever considered writing an ebook or guest authoring on other sites? I have a blog based upon on the same information you discuss and would really like to have you share some stories/information. I know my subscribers would appreciate your work. If you are even remotely interested, feel free to send me an e-mail.

I was inspired by your post. It’s true that “In life you will undergo painful sharpenings which will make you a better pencil”. That why we should never give up because challenges make us a better person. This post definitely made my day.
